I have been at it for over 25 years with the help of my husband, Larry, our children, Christopher and Kelsey, as well as many dedicated staff members.  I have enjoyed my life as the “Prime Minister of Room to Spare”, but my curiosity is leading me down new paths.  Yes, I have decided to retire.

 

We have sought out a buyer who really appreciated the business, lives in WNY, understands how to operate it properly, and is keen and capable of developing its future potential.  As of March 20, 2023, Cook Properties will be your go to regarding your self-storage account.  Their manager, Don will be handling accounts moving forward. Many of you have close relationships with my remarkable staff and will be concerned that they might have been blind-sided by this business sale.   Carly Rohlin, not only has been my valued and trusted facility manager, she is also my Commercial Real Estate Agent.  She was the first one I ran it by, and helped facilitated the sale.  While Corrina, our dedicated Assistant Manager has been aware of the sale for many months, she plans to continue classes towards her Accounting Degree and raise her daughter, Daisy.

 

You may find me at an Art Event with Kelsey Merkle Fine Art & Illustration; supporting my son’s company Merkle Plumbing LLC or hanging out with the other retirees at Tim Horton’s or the Doctors Office.  Be sure to say “Hello!”
