(which will help the crowd of buyers flow) and will give local businesses an opportunity to give away fun stuff throughout the day!
Your $15 Entrance Fee
Gets you a 10'x10' Space with
an 8' Banquet Table (while supplies last) and Price Stickers to get you started!

We refund our storage tenants fee on the day of the sale (they must be there to get the refund). 
Consider renting a unit prior to the sale!
